Spot the pattern
These tricks work for every number — not just this one. Your row is highlighted.
×10 — Just add a zero
Any number × 10: write the number, then a 0 at the end.
1×10=102×10=203×10=304×10=405×10=506×10=607×10=708×10=809×10=9010×10=10011×10=11012×10=120
×11 — Repeat the digit (1–9)
For 1 to 9, just repeat the digit: 3×11=33, 7×11=77. Only 10, 11, 12 need memorizing.
1×11=112×11=223×11=334×11=445×11=556×11=667×11=778×11=889×11=9910×11=11011×11=12112×11=132
×5 — Ends in 0 or 5
×5 answers alternate: 5, 10, 15, 20… Half of (n × 10) always works.
1×5=52×5=103×5=154×5=205×5=256×5=307×5=358×5=409×5=4510×5=5011×5=5512×5=60
×9 — Digits add up to 9
For 1–10, the two digits of the answer add to 9: 9×4=36 (3+6=9).
1×9=92×9=183×9=274×9=365×9=456×9=547×9=638×9=729×9=8110×9=9011×9=9912×9=108
Doubles chain
